Hi, I’m Rocio (ro-SEE-oh) but I go by Rosie and I am happily married mother of 2, and a part-time employee in the corporate world. Between caring for 2 kids, workplace demands, and household duties I know how challenging it can be to balance a fit lifestyle. I am here to help encourage others that also run on a busy schedule and share my personal fitness development. Getting involved in fitness has really helped me better myself both mentally and physically.
From weight loss tips, diet tricks, workout ideas, and daily motivation this blog gives me the ability to share my knowledge. My goal is to be able to provide you with information to successfully achieve your fitness goals all while juggling a busy lifestyle. With a busy schedule it might seem impossible to reach your fitness goals while you have so much more to juggle, but just remember that it is definitely NOT IMPOSSIBLE because where there is a will there is always a way!
